For our Full Service ‘SERENDIPITY’ vintage tricycle cart - Our travel range is approximately 60 miles from our kitchen at Timberlee Hills in Traverse City. We are also available to travel to Charlevoix, Boyne City & Petoskey!

Our Drop Off ’SCOUT’ cart & electric freezer coolers are available in a 30 mile radius from our kitchen space at Timberlee Hills (example - Empire - Northport - Elk Rapids - Kingsley)

The Ice Cream Sandwiches are approximately 3” around and approximately 1.5” tall.

The Pops are approximately 4 ounces.

We do! Our made from scratch Ice Pops are without gluten or dairy ingredientsl!

*please note they are made with equipment/in a facility that produces items made with both gluten and dairy.

While we don’t have a storefront to be able to be available for a tasting at anytime - we are available at select Pop-Up locations throughout the Summer! If you can’t come to check us out at one of those - contact us to arrange a pick up or drop off of a taster box (subject to available times/dates). 3 Pack $24/6 Pack $48.

Our cart CANNOT accommodate stairs, unfortunately. We also need an entrance of at least 5 × 8 to enter your space!

You can choose to wait until 60 days in advance of your date to make your final choices!

You can! We can accept your artwork to order custom stickers for the ice cream sandwiches and/or a magnetic sign for the cart! Please inquire for info regarding that process. You are also welcome to arrange for your florals to decorate the cart if you’d like or create your own custom signage to sit on our wooden easel!

As long as we fit through the doors to get to your dance floor and your venue allows.... you sure can ride the bike into your party!

We recommend bringing along a cooler if you’d like to continue to have them available for your guests as the night goes on! We can arrange to transfer a small chunk of dry ice to maintain their frozen state for a few more hours but they should ultimately be transferred to a freezer as soon as possible for the best chance of keeping them frozen.

Our Full Service ‘Serendipity’ Package and the ‘Scout’ Drop-Off Package both require a minimum of 60 days in advance to book.

Our Cooler Package Drop-Off options can be booked as little as 14 days in advance!
